• You tell us what your marketing budget you have in mind (from $165 – $4500.00) as we have a range of Marketing packages.
• And based on the marketing budget, we advertise your property accordingly.
• Depending on your budget, we will promote your property through a variety of marketing exercise, from Print and Internet Media (For Sale boards, Internet, Newspapers: City Weekly, Leaders Newspapers, Flyer Drops), to hand delivered flyer drop and direct mail marketing.
• We then conduct regular open inspections to take interested parties to view your property and address their concerns & questions.
• Source and filter genuine Buyers for you
• We negotiate on behalf of you
• Once the terms are agreed, we exchange contract and seal the deal
• Perform general administrative tasks and follow up with Lawyers
• to ensure Settlement is on schedule.
